Broken down? Bike won't start? Flat tire? Middle of winter?
If your bike won't move or if you need someone to move it for you, we can pick it up in our delivery van. We have the capacity to move 2 bikes at one time.
We charge according to our normal hourly labor rate.
We do ask that your bike be made as easily accessible as possible (i.e: your driveway is plowed or shoveled; It does not need to be moved down 1 or 2 a flights of stairs or out of a basement; etc...)
